SUNRISE NURSERY has been operating on the same site at 193 Princes Highway HELENSBURGH since 1959. Under several ownerships since its inception, it has improved and grown to be one of the largest nurseries in the Illawarra, and an easy drive from Sydney... only twenty minutes to the Shire, or an hour from the inner west.

SUNRISE NURSERY is a production nursery, and caters to many customers including retail buyers, gardeners and landscapers alike. Set on four acres of land and surrounded by National parks and Open Ocean, our climate is ideal for a large range of cool to sub tropical plants.

Due to our size and ability to grow large numbers of plants, we are able to supply quantities of plants that you may find hard to get elsewhere. For example, if you need 60 hedging plants for your back yard, chances are you will be able to pick them up on the day you want them. No pre-ordering or waiting around unnecessarily. Our prices are also very reasonable, and all our staff have had years of horticultural training and experience.

While visiting SUNRISE NURSERY there are also many other activities to do in the area. Why not visit Symbio Wildlife Gardens and touch a Koala, take a stroll on the beach or in the national park,or do the tourist drive over the new and impressive Sea Cliff Bridge. There are also two golf courses and a golf driving range with in 5 minutes drive of the nursery

SUNRISE NURSERY is open seven days, 9 to 5. We are closed on Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Eve. We stock a wide and diverse range of green life and associated hardware, and invite your inspection. We have some display gardens on site where you can view how some plants grow. Our hedging display is always popular.
We also welcome your well-behaved four-legged friend.
